Discovered this rum on our first trip to Nassau. Has a nice coconut flavor without being sickenly sweet.

A dark coconut with a very sweet coconut taste. Needs to be mixed for the best result. Not available in the US so you must travel to the Bahamas to get it!

It's really good as a mixer, and you can put in in just about anything, but beware of the sweetness.

Coconutty aroma with grassy and funky undertones. Taste is extremely sweet and syrupy, a bit acrid. Might make a good, if over sweet, pina colada.

We all need a coconut rum at certain times, and when I have this, it’s my coconut rum of choice. Real flavor, not artificial. I’ve only been able to buy this in the Bahamas however.

My friends purchased the coconut rum Breezes was serving us all week (Cruzan), by the time I got to the hotel shop they had taken the last eight bottles between them. So I asked the woman behind the counter where I could get some Cruzan to bring back to the states. It was the first time we had it or seen it, anyway she told me you don’t want thank you want Ricardo. She said they sell it right at the airport so I picked up six bottles after I sampled it. I think I paid $11.50 a bottle my friends were kicking themselves in the ass when we got back and they sampled it. They wanted to trade a bottle of their Cruzan for one of mine, I had to laugh cause these were the same two FRIENDS who bought out the hotel store between them before I got their knowing I was coming down to meet them. The only problem with this rum is they don’t ship to the states, and flying down to the Bahamas from Long Island, NY is an expensive rum run. I have found something comparable called Brinleys Gold Coconut .

Unlike Malibu and Captain Morgan's coconut offering, this coconut rum is brown in color. It is also creamier and taste more like authentic coconut than the competition.

A middle of the road rum. This has a bit of after taste. Best served over ice.
