Kraken Black Spiced

Love the taste, color and smell. One of my favorites

Not so bad for an average rum : not too sweet, not too black, not too spiced, not too tasty, just good enough...

Just Alcohol to the nose.
Poor taste with an extended cheap artificial vanilla taste.
Poor body, bitter, again artificial, aftertaste. Very bad choice for sipping. Maybe it is ok just for a cake or for cooking, but still remains overpriced.
The only good about that rum is the bottle and the overall marketing.
Far more better optinions on the price range for coce or pina colada.

In my top 5 of Rums well recommended. My choice is mix with coke.

Nothing special. This rum is so overrated. There is no interested end.

Very drinkable and widely available. One of the best "normal rums" imo.

I want to like this one but it's a Marketing idea more than anything else. Cool name...cool bottle... Heavy on nose ...heavy on palate but all not in remotely a good way 😞
