Al naso maturati/fermentati di frutta tropicale(soprattutto papaya), zucca, melone, litchi e un mix di olio evo e aceto balsamico, come un vino rosso aperto da qualche giorno o uno sherry/passito. Molto particolare.
Al palato si aggiunge un po' di tostatura e qualche nota salata poi nel finale agrumi e pepe vivace. Nel bicchiere vuoto melone e zucca. Peccato per la poca profondità, ma resta caratteristico e unico.
