The molasses and caramel really come thru. Less sugar, too.
I visited their distillery in Cape Coral,FL and participated in the tour (and the free tasting). I believe they said that they add a touch of the original molasses back to the finished product. Boy does that bring the flavors forward.
I’m not saying it’s up there with Plantation or Foursquare, but if you can get your hands on a bottle it is well worth the thirty-something dollars.
