After tasting the woody 18yo,i was a bit confused.But this rum convinced me that the Ophtimus guys know their job very well. A very complex,heavy,oily rum, tasty and a small explosion of flavours. Only downside: the hefty price

Měl jsem trochu přehnaná očekávání, ale je to velmi dobrý a mohutný rum (jen jsem čekal ještě větší hloubku a delší konec).

En noget bedre rom end lillebroderen på 15 år. Mange flere smage og dufte. Flot gylden mørk farve.

This rum really went down easy. I guess that's because it's only 38%abv.

Has a sweet honey nose, with just a hint of bourbon and oak. Taste is also nicely sweet, with a hint of caramel. Not quite as good as the Opthimus 25 imho, but a very good rum.

Deze heerlijke rum van de Dominicaanse Republiek heeft een 'echte' rumsmaak van karamel, hout en vanille met een weinig alcohol in de nasmaak. Lekker zacht om puur te drinken. Beetje prijzig en de 25 y/o is een stuk beter.

Edit:
Jongere broertje bevat veel toegevoegd suiker. Jammer punt minder.

Excellent rhum de chez oliver et oliver.rhum complexe et fruite.la vanille toffee ressortent avec un tres leger gout de boisè, tres fin et parfaitement amene.note 8.9.
