Is the shortage affecting the availability to purchase rum?
Lately, it’s getting harder and harder to purchase imports. The shelves are either empty or there is one bottle left in stock. Has anyone else here noticed that?
No problem in the EU, much more releases and seldom rum marks than the year before.
I haven't seen any apparent impact here in Maryland.Â
I believe the only perturbation here in the EU was caused by Brexit but i think the rum market has already adapted to the new situation. The rum market in Poland develops pretty fast. Here's a photo from a local shop, u can find some cool rums like Pusser's, Worthy Park and the Transcontinental.Â
No problem too in Switzerland, the warehouses are full. It's also a small market, which isn't sucked out so quickly. Except maybe some Foursquare.
