Had this as a mixer at the distillery. It added great flavor. Hard to find near PA. Found an online site that sells it. I also found a Total Wine and Spirits in Cherry Hill, NJ that carries it.
I've made quite a few Tiki drinks. So far I've only used Falernum from big industrial makers like Monin. Now that I finally got a hold of this stuff (not available widely in Europe it seems) I tasted it and found it to be like nothing else I've ever tasted! It's really hard to describe something that you have never tasted anything similar to before. However I found this to be really nice tasting on it's own. I'm really looking forward to doing cocktails with it as well because that's why I bought it.
Invaluable mixer for tiki drinks so it's definitely very important in everyone's bar
Velmi sladký a kořeněný likér, určený do míchaných drinků. Samotný se pít nedá. Svoji práci v koktejlu, ale odvede perfektně. Spíš 6,5 ale zaokrouhlim nahoru 😉
Go get a bottle.
Toss it in the freezer.
Crucial element for your home bar!
Obviously i can't rate this as high as actual bottles of rum but it is a really solid liqueur to use in cocktails. The taste is very nice and spicy but of course very sweet too.
A must in a corn n oil cocktail , the bomb and tastes so devine. Obviously this is a mixing drink not something you drink on its own ..
Although I don't consider this a rum, this is a requirement for so many tiki cocktails.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

What else can be said that most haven't already.
This isn't *really* a rum, but it needs to be in your cabinet. It's very sweet, and could be used as a more flavorful version of simple syrup.
My favorite way to use falernum isn't in a traditional tiki cocktail, but in the Chartreuse Swizzle. It sounds like a simple cocktail but it's absolutely fantastic. Give it a generous nutmeg grate on the top and your tongue will go to the stratosphere. http://imbibemagazine.com/chartreuse-swizzle-recipe/
