Im Gaumen zart, weich, mundfüllend. Karamell und Schokolade umschmeicheln deine Zunge, frisch gepflückte Früchte im Fass erfreuen die Geschmacksknospen, Gewürze wie Zimt, Kardamom und Nelken geben dem Ganzen die Würze.
Im Abgang lang, voll, nachklingend. Schokolade ist dominierend, Karamell, Früchte und Gewürze sind ein netter Begleiter.

Very interesting distillate from beet molasses and aged for 4 years in wine and bourbon barrels.

In the nose fresh, fruity, elegant. White fruits, moss after a summer rain, wood shavings cooked in cocoa make you want to drink for the first time.
On the palate delicate, soft, mouth filling. Caramel and chocolate caress your tongue, freshly picked fruits in the barrel delight the taste buds, spices like cinnamon, cardamom and cloves give the whole the spice.
The finish is long, full and lingering. Chocolate is dominant, caramel, fruits and spices are a nice companion.
Great distillate, top class craftsmanship ! For beginners and connoisseurs. Reminds me of a Panama Rum.
