Quorhum 30-Year

This Rum is really affordable and nice but nothing with a WOW effect. Lot's of sugar so it will accommodate many palates but I won't buy it again.

Smooth like crazy, but has a little bit of dust. Over aged omho.

Na tento rum som sa veľmi tešil lebo podľa recenzii by sa mi mal presne trafit do chute no bolo to sklamanie. Nebol zlý no sladkosť potláča všetky chuťe a musíte ich tam vyslovene hladať. Cítiť med, hrozienka, céder, čokoládu no je to také slabé nevýrazne. Cena pre mňa vobec nekorešponduje s výkonom. Daju sa nájsť aj rumy za zlomok ceny ktoré sú chuťovo lepšie.

Verdens bedste ROM til prisen. Sød rund, og en fantastisk blød smag 👍🏻

Bon rhum dans l'ensemble, un peu sucre mais avec des notes subtiles d'epices

At first : I cannot believe, that this should be a pot still rum, like it's written here above. But I couldn't found something more about that question in the web.
Let's start !
Nose : honey, cocoa, caramell. Really pleasant
Palate : very chocolately, cocoa, some honey, a little coffee. Perfect mix for me
Finish : medium and sweet. No sharpness, nothing burns, just honey sweetness.
Conclusion : this is really a tasteful rum. But I guess, that there is a little sugar added because of so much sweetness. I will try to find it out. Until then I give it a cautious 8. Maybe I have to revise it, when it's to much sugared. Coming back soon.

Update 11/07/2023 : I found out, that there is more than 30 Gramm sugar/ltr. inside and less alcohol than labled. So one point less than primary ratetd. All in all just a 7, but nonetheless it's good :-)

Nagy várakozásokkal bontottam kie zt a rumot, mert sok jót olvastam itt róla. Sajnos nem váltotta be a hozzá fűzött reményeket. Ez egy közepes rum, semmi extra, jó iparos munka szokták mondani errefelé. Az illata kimondottan kellemetlen. Többször is újrakóstoltam, hátha éppen csak a hangulatom nem volt hozzzá megfelelő, de sajnos nekem ez nem jött be...

Not good enough for me.

Smells good, but, in palate I feel something artificial.
Smooth, not too sweet and short aftertaste.

Mount Gay XO is cheaper and far away better than this Quorhum 30.

Hade höga förväntningar på denna då qrm 23/xo är riktigt god men för söt. Har inte provat qrm 30 än men denna var alldeles för spritig. Finns mycket bättre rom i samma alkoholhalt och även starkare. Vet inte riktigt vad jag ska säga då jag inte känner något super tydligt förutom alkoholen. Väldigt tråkigt tycker jag.
