Its a tasty rum however for sure the price doesn't meet my expectations

It was very good, but I expected more when compared to similar priced and taste rums.

One of the best Rums i ever tasted.. it is kind of pricy.. but iys definately worth every penny.

Very underrated rum. Costa Rica might not be one of the heavy hitters, but this, is one of the tastiest rums with a very nice after taste.

Amazing Carmel vanilla aroma and a smooth snipping finish.

Lot 21 266 7491 a beautiful dark amber spirit initially enjoyed neat. The nose picked up a bit of alcohol on the pour mellowing sweetly with time. Smooth on first sip with sweet rich molasses on the tongue dissipating to a dry finish. It begs to be sipped again. The nose improves nicely with each sip. Priced higher than an every man’s rum I wanted this to be a stellar 10 but the dry finish is more than this guy likes. Purists may frown but I tried dropping an ice cube in, softening the rich sweetness and bringing a hint of caramel to the palate and subduing the dry finish. I much prefer it with an ice cube. Truly an outstanding rum. The price point says I shall enjoy it in moderation.

Caramel aroma with touch of barrel; cocoa and caramel in body but short.

Doesn't get any better than this. Full of flavour. A bit soft on the nose. Not on the sweet side.
