Abuelo Gran Reserva 12-Year

Tried this rum at first in a tasting collection. It has a quite strong smell and first sip. Some wood flavor at first comes with a light burn then followed with some caramel sweetness.

This is my wife’s favorite rum and ayer go to night cap. By the way, it pairs great with a good steak.

Good aroma not very strong flavor and little bit spicy

Finally, I managed to buy this rum. Good but not the best. I recommend others.

Very good and balanced rum, not to heavy or exceeding aromatics, round and showing excellent QPR. 7.6 pts now.

I first tried this rum a couple years back and i never really got on with this rum. At times I enjoyed it then at times I didn't. Will need to give it another go and hopefully change my review.

I like this rum neat or mixed on a drink. It is dry and not overly sweet. At its price point a great started rum. Especially if you buy it in Panama City.

Neměl sem žádná očekávání ,a neskutečná bomba. Kdybych měl whiskaři doporučit rum, určitě tenhle. Tahle nakouřený rum sem zatím neměl. Je tam samozřejmě i dřevo a je relativně sladký, nic suchého. 12 let v sudu jde opravdu poznat. Za mě takový nenápadný poklad.

Áno, nechal som sa inšpirovať "HunterRomario". Super, sladký, trochu trčí alkohol, ale tá chuť, ... túto chuť môžem, aj keď cenovo Marti15 vychádza lepšie a El D12 tiež, ale tá chuť...Super, ďakujem :-)
