Hammock Bay Premium 7-Year

Smooth enough to drink neat. Cheap enough to mix.
Very, very mild; too much so. No burn. Subtle wood on attack. Subtle wood finish. Would be a nice rum if it had a little more intensity. But a good value at $15.00.

This would make a good low cost mixer for sure. It is far superior to Bacardi. Nothing to brag about but has some wood and some balance. Not for sipping, definitely for mixing.
