Great mouth feel! Maple syrup, raisins, and oak flavors. Nice complexity without getting muddled. Just a tad on the sweet side. Long finish with hint of banana. Very nice overall.

It has the same flavor profile and maybe a tad better. The leather bag it comes with went right into the trash but the rum in the bottle went down smoothly! I can see me going back to this.

The finish on this is so astringent that it doesn't allow me to taste what seems like a promising flavor profile upon sipping it. Shame because it's a beautiful bottle and a lot of folks seem to like it. Sadly, it has not been enjoyable as a sipper for me.

Excellent presentation, of course. but the rum lives up to its look. Very good dark rum with complex flavors. I highly recommend.

This rum won the night for me, with lots of excitement from the flavours. Lots going on and lots to ponder on— exactly what I like. Would definitely buy this!

Great sipping rum at a good price - tremendous value! Safe for newbies to try and a good gift in the little sack (though I'd rather they skip the leather and reduce the price a buck or two)!

This is a rum that I would mix or sip. Wonderful caramel and cola flavors very smooth, very rich, the alcohol notes tucked nicely into warm deserty flavors.
