Tiki Lovers Pineapple

Tasted at Laka Lono on 3/13/22 as part of a Tiki Lovers Steph sampler.
This is a blend.
My notes are simple: YUM. YUM. YUM.

You guessed it right, it’s meant for mixing. However, if you really like pineapple and are slightly an alcoholic, then it would be just fine to sip….I did(but I was also drinking a mango, pineapple, banana smoothie fruited sour beer too).

Tasted at Laka Lono on 6/3/19. Diacetyl aroma. Artificial pineapple aroma and flavor. Candy sweet. Probably the worst of the pineapple rums.

незрозуміло, навіщо заморочуватись із блендами, дистилеріями і т.д. все одно нічого не чути за повністю домінуючим смаком та ароматом ананасу. дуже приємний на смак, якщо любите лікери. і абсолютно прекрасно в куба лібре! через цей неповторний смак в коктейлях можна смміливо оцінити на шістку.

it is not clear why bother with blends, distilleries, etc. still nothing is heard behind the completely dominant taste and aroma of pineapple. very pleasant to the taste, if you like liqueurs. and absolutely beautiful in cuba libre! because of this unique taste in cocktails, you can easily rate it as a six.

very strong smell of overipped-almost rotten- pineaples
the alcohol is ok for the 90 proof
the aftertaste is short, nothing mentionable.
for a pineaple rum in a medium price range is just ok, but only for add in mixers in small amounts.
i would say that lacks of complexity but you dont expect complexity from a pineaple rum.
if you try sipping, i suggest to add some drops of water and let it breath for a while.
i wont buy another bottle.

It's aroma of riped pineapple surpasses Stiggins' Fancy.
It's delicious, but the rum doesn't play.
45%ABV sweet dark rum impossible to drink more.
No regrets in the morning.
Need a weighty reason to buy another bottle.

Aroma is full of pineapple. Fist taste is warm, sweet and pineapple + honey. Aftertaste is shorter but pleasant.

I love that it's a darker pineapple to change from all of the clear ones.

intersting find, quite strong flavour, with pineapple tasting really like fresh juice.
