Could be used as budget drink. Nice taste, good in cocktails.

With coke and ice and as a last resort when the bartender looks at you stunned when you ask if they have any other rum behind the counter ... good for duty free and lighting a fire

How to do a Jamaican rum badly , yes I thought I would never type that sentence . Awful stuff but genuinely better than normal production rubbish from the captain ... Where's the god dam funk!

A rum that I associate with only one thing - licorice.
Very strong licorice aroma that intertwines with the alcohol. Not recommended to drink with ice cubes. It can be used in drinks when you don't have anything better on hand.

Yen another captain Morgan rum, goes with coke, nothing special.

An entry level but below level rum.Not recommended

It's not smooth and tastes not really good on the rocks. This rum is drinkable when it is mixed with cola but still it's nothing special.

I instantly regretted buying this one. Did not expect such a different taste and could not get used to it. Be warned in case you want to buy this; it not the same as regular rum
