This is your high-end mixer, good molasses taste. Excellent value.
Such a nice rum to mix with. Its my go to for so many cocktails - love it.
If you want to make the perfect mojito this might be a contender. A aged or spiced rum is not what you want to use in a mojito and for a white rum this is one of the best options. Dry, no extra tastes that could make your mix unbalanced. Use 4 to 5oz and you'll have the right balance. Quality rum for a quality mojito. I haven't tasted it neat, but that's not why i bought it for.
I prefer rums with more spice & complexity. This has a clean & simple flavour.
Un ron que sirve para combinados como su hermano el extra Lite
Very tasty. Excellent mixed with cola. Wouldn't drink straight; but I only like white rum mixed. A big step above Bacardi. Worth the extra money. Worth noting: I can't drink this product because they use some kind of preservative that I am allergic to, so just be aware.
This rum is outstanding in a cocktail. Classic Daiquiri - YES, Airmail - YES, Tiki Drinks that call for white rum? ABSOLUTELY. Why would anyone want to sip a white rum?
This is the best rum for a MO-JO. However when it was mixed with Coke it was not pleasant. In fact I poured it out !
Mixed with enough coke it has a sweet fruity aftertaste but if you make it to strong it has a dry ethanol aftertaste to it. Which isn't to bad since it's very short lasting. 1st rum I've ever had that had no real taste going down though.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

N - The word "pungent" comes to mind, but not in a bad way. Hard to make out much besides sugarcane and ethanol.
P - Oddly enough, it tastes like sugar without actually coming across as sweet. Also notes of clipped grass and an odd butteriness.
F - Nothing new really shows up, but the flavor lingers.
It's like this rum tries to be offensive, but just can't bring itself to be so. It's a bit astringent, but certainly pleasant enough! Definitely not a goto sipper, but plays very nicely with others in cocktails!
