A nice amber colour and sweet honey on the nose. The taste is a bit harsh with an alcohol burn and finishes with green apple. $50 at LCBO. The bottle has nice presentation with a wax dipped cork and a great label. Even after resting an hour the 45% abv is still too strong. Sorry Canada
The nose is quite nice, if somewhat simple - molasses, vanilla and I get a faint marzipan note. But on the palate I found it a tad rough, which admittedly, smoothed out with a few more sips. Itβs a good rum in progress. Could be either a simple sipper or a nice mixer.
not bad but leaves me with the sensation of cognac instead of rum. It is rum, no doubt there but the finish is strange to me. Pleas try.
I like the Rum flavour but is too sweet for a sipper
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Sugar Estimated at 5 GPL. Had this at a friends house and I found it a bit harsh overall with flavours of Vanilla, Oak, and a hint of caramel apple. Not good for sipping if you like it neat. It's a young rum and needs to mellow out, and I suspect that this distillery may produce a smoother version in a few years. For now it's on the high side of a mixer.
