Appleton Estate Extra 12-Year

This is probably not fair but I take Appleton rums for granted because of their mass market appeal. Twelve year is very smooth and is a big mistake wasting it as mixer. Your bar needs a spot for this one.

My favourite rum on a daily basis. Smooth flavoured with a nice taste of caramel

I like Appleton 12 year old. Have not tried any if their older rum. But this rum is nice, smooth. Compares with other good rum I have tried

A great authentic Caribbean rum. Not over sweet and I enjoy mine with a dash of coke.

Loved this rum apart from a sweaty smell on the nose the taste was great I would buy this again no questions

For those who are not fans of sweet rums, this is the one to go for. Full of color and tastes, sharp at first but smooth in thr afterburn. Perfect Jamaican rum.

This is quite complex, well aged, nutty, powerful and not too sweet rum. Aftertaste are quite harsh in the first place, but give it time, swirl the glass and then it becomes smoother a little bit. Cheapest 12 years old spirit I have ever seen and definitely not the worst!

It is a strong and rugged rum. On the rocks is perfect!

Un gout de la Jamaïque, de sucre brun et un peu boisée. Un rhum d'une bonne puissance, fort et sec. Pas trop cher en plus. Meilleur que celui VX.

...az Appleton estate V/X megkóstolása után keserű szájízzel nyitottam ki a 12 évest , hogy vajon mit kapok ..de bejött :) illatában fás ,aszalt gyümölcsös, vaniliás , édes ---olyan klasszikus rum illat---lecsengése viszont enyhén kesernyés, közepesen hosszú ,határozott az alkohol jelenléte a torokban .
