I received this one as a gift. I tried it neat to see how it goes but soon switched to adding coke to it. I enjoyed it as I like the sweetness and would definitely have it again.
The distributor said that sugarcane from 8 countries were used to produce this rum - Barbados, Belize, El Salvator, Brazil, Guayana, Costa Rica, Honduras and Dominican Republic. I love travelling indeed, however considering the taste, it's pretty sweet, (too) spicy and aromatic - some people say vanilla, the others banana or caramel. We emptied the whole bottle at once, which was not a good idea for this rather occasional sipping drink. I believe that girls, if present, would appreciate it much more :).
Very Smooth. Don’t insult this Rum by mixing it with pop.
Tastes like a strong banana liquor. Not traditional but I like it when I'm in the mood for dessert.
This rum is great on its own. This rum has a good flavour with banana undertones that lingers without being overpowering.
Pour moi c'est mon préféré
Très liquoreux en bouche un goût de banane vanille un long goût en bouche un nez fruité un véritable délice
Very sweet, too much vanilla and banana for my taste. Good for an after dinner drink. I had a friend of mine taste some and didn't tell him what it was and he thought it was a fruit liquor. Smooth and I like it just not as a real Rum.
Not a good one but erverybody his osn taste
Too fruity
This is a sugary liqueur, not a rum. That said, it is not unpleasant with banana and caramel being the dominant flavours. It is smooth, if teeth-curlingly sweet, and has a syrupy feel in the mouth.
Not a sipper for me, needs ice as a very minimum to tone it down. Would make an interesting ingredient in banana themed cocktails though.
The nose smells very sweet. Llashings of caramel and toffee.
"It barely even tastes like alcohol in any way shape or form. No mid palate and definitely no finish not even the slightest hint of alcohol burn. Maybe a little bit of woodiness as it goes down."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Plenty of criticism on this one at their ethnicity, labelled as Craft Rum, but at strength of 35% and added ingredient, technically a spiced rum instead. However, spiced rum are considered crafted right?
N- Banana fritter with chocolate sauce, sugar in the heart with green mango and young fruit, quite potent at the tail with nail polish with hints of white distillate. (79/16)
P- Vanilla, clove, cardamon and assam boi, gently salty-sweet, light, feel tropical and relaxing, would drink this over some crushed ice under the shades of coconut trees, by the sea of course. (83/18)
F- Short, light, sweet but not cloying. Confusing labeling apart, this is acceptable to me, and certainly there are poorer spiced rum out there. (83/18)
B/B- 83/18
Weighted Rate- 70pt
