Im Gaumen recht dezent und ausgewogen. Schokolade mit Karamellfüllung geräuchert mit Eichenholz, eine zarte Briese vom Meer weht durch den Kräutergarten, grüne und rote Früchte liegen in einem mit Gewürzen gefülltem Korb.
Im Abgang wunderbar lang, die Zuckerwatte flirtet lange mit dem Kakao.
Ein Rum der Zeit und Musse braucht und sich daher eher an Geniesser der halb süssen Rum mit hang zu Whisky richtet.

In the nose a really strong rum smell like Guyana and Jamaica rum smells. Freshly baked rolls with bitter orange jam, moss powdered with cocoa and a barrel full of caramel sweets.
On the palate quite discreet and balanced. Chocolate with caramel filling smoked with oak wood, a tender breeze from the sea blows through the herb garden, green and red fruits lie in a basket filled with spices.
In the finish wonderfully long, the candy cotton flirts long with the cocoa.
A rum, which needs time and leisure and therefore rather appeals to connoisseurs of the half-sweet rum with tendency to whisky.
