Bacardi Carta Negra

6/10 from me. Similar to Carta Blanca - it is meant to be available in every pub worldwide, so do not expect fireworks, but the truth is - if you want to make a cocktail for somebody who is not familiar with the world of rum, Bacardi's basics will do just fine. Certainly, connoisseurs might be outraged, but let's be honest - 95% of us are not professionals. So, Bacardi Carta Blanca, Carta Oro, Carta Negra are JUST FINE. Get over it.

For this price it's pretty ok. For parties it's ok, but definitely not for holding in cabinet

In my opinion it is good choice for it's price, nothing special but i prefer it in comparison with the other cheaper bacardi rums

There is nothing wrong with it, it's just there are so many better rums out there. It is relatively cheap and you can buy it almost anywhere. It doesn't have any direction of taste I would enjoy, but also there is nothing that I don't like. It fits well in its price range. I recommend it as first step into rum tasting.

This bottle is good for some cocktails, but it is weak for drinking itself.

It's okay to mix but after trying havana club 7 you can't appreciate this one. As someone said before... coughing medicine aftertaste.

Je to tmavy, velmi ochuteny rum. Vonia a chuti po mandlach a je velmi jemny, pije sa to skoro same. Berem ho vzdy na party, pre nenarocne publikum to narobi velku paradu a neni mi luto ked to niekto pije s colou.

I had it neat and did not feel much. Certainly will make good drinks though.
