A. H. Riise 1888 Copenhagen Gold Medal

A mahogany rum. Aroma is mainly rum soaked raisins dark candid sugar. The flavor is to the sweet side but is quite complex. Still an all round rum but a very good one.

Premium rum, very frutty, long aftertaste, nice colour, too sweet.

Very special taste. It's a rum I really appreciate and cannot compare with any other. There are some orange rums you initially would compate it with, but this is a well balanced taste of several fruits, without being specific. Soemthing you should have tried.

I like this one - well balanced, sweet and smooth - just like a rum from A.H.Riise should be.

Another great rum. Similar taste to XO Reserve from the same brand, but with even more caramell like taste.

Sød og med megen smag af karamel. Til dem der ikke kan lide sprit-smagen er den ekstra god.

Not as good as Riise XO but still part of great Riise rum family.
