Depaz VSOP 7-Year

Well balanced, a bit sour, wonderful nose. Hard to evaluate, out of my usual rum category.

Vanilla and chocolate lead with notes of coconut husk and toasted oak underneath.

Just amazing !!! One of the best agricole I've tried so far!

If you like Agricole rum, you won’t find much better than this. Smooth and wonderful.

This is a very pleasant, aged Martinique rum that is very distinctly cognac-like. In a blind taste test, most would think this is a cognac for sure. However, it is a wonderful, smooth and well oaked dry rhum agricole that plays well in a Ti Punch.

I think it is difficult to rate this one. There are things that i like, but also some things that I did not really like. In overall it turns out what I expected.
Nose is fruity, light, typical Martinique Agricole flavors. Bit too dry and I could use more complexity, more roundness and in overall a bit more power in taste and nose. There are better Agricoles out there, but it’s good for the price.

Láhev vzhledově neodpovídá, ale tohle je asi nejblíž k tomu, co mám (Depaz VSOP Réserve Spéciale) a co jsem zde nenašla. Drsnější chuť agricole rumu.
