Jemný, hřejivý, docela dost "zakulacená" chuť se stopami vanilky a karamelu, vůně překvapivě nepříliš výrazná. Je to docela dobrý kousek, ale od 18-ti letého bych čekal více. Při docela vysoké ceně vychází poměr cena / výkon ne až tak příznivě a určitě bych dal přednost jiným.

Doftar av torkad frukt. Väldigt mild och god smak. Vanilj. Lång eftersmak.

Bedre end så mange andre, men heller ikke helt i top. Duft af blandt andet honning, men smagen starter lidt sprittet, for derefter at gå over i lidt kardemomme, men varmen fra spritten forsætter ned i maven og eftersmagen dør hurtigt ud. Kan drikkes, men prisen er pebret, i forhold til det man får. 7. December i romkalenderen 2017

Meget lækker rom med god smag og duft. God eftersmag.

Sugar: Estimated at 15 GPL. This is a really easy rum to sip if you like whiskey as it has a strong burn to it. Vanilla, charred wood, toffee, some spices and a touch of fruit like figs and a trace of orange. Well balanced rum which mellows with a drop of water. Actually you need a bit in it to cut the burn down. I would have rated it higher except for the harsh burn at the end of this.

This rum is so smooth. Made by Carlos Esquivel and master blender Don Pancho himself. Most people will prefer this over his 30 year old rum, which for me personally is just as good or maybe even better. I am not going to bore you with the taste and smells etc, that you will have to find out for yourself! Trust me, go out and get one!

Just was offered this rum as an alternative to the Quorhum 30...was ok...but in my opinion not worth the price.

Colour: dark amber
Nose: restrained wood and tobacco notes, understating what is to come
Mouth: a luscious - almost oily - feel with a slowly developing big aroma of dried fruits and figs turning over into gentle woody notes with very subtle vanilla
Sweetness 4/5 but underpins the flavours well without being to cloying, but could be too much for the RL Seale fans.
Burn: kicks in gently, makes itself known and fades slowly

Summary: a great full-on sipper, treading the sugar line carefully
