Arcane Extraroma 12-Year

I have to say that i agree with Charles M.
First moments are not really pleasant. I had been drinking this rum through the month and everytime I opened the bottle i liked the rum more and more. I am going to buy this one again for sure.

One tip:
1) Let it breath... 10 minutes reacting with air is enough to get nice vanilla taste and caramelized banana smell.

The bottle is surprisingly compact, with a dripping neck.
In aroma: barrel, alcohol, ripe banana, flowers.
Rich and long taste. Some difficulty swallowing.
Pleasantly relaxing. It is drunk easy and a lot, with loss of coordination and body heaviness, clear consciousness, good mood and without consequences in the morning.

Au goût, un ensemble très harmonieux de notes de coco, banane, de tonalités vanillées et une note finale boisée et délicatement épicée

Well that was completlely unexpected experience. It's not a typical rum, it hold a lot of great aroma and flovour. Im not so much into floavoured drinks but this completely blew my mind. You should taste Arcane for sure.

Anderledes i både smag og duft. Meget sød i duften, lige lidt for meget. Smagen er som forventet efter duften. Alt i alt en positiv overraskelse.

Mauricius ron is good.nice taste of fruits and smell of beaches.

After some alcohol disappears it have this unbelievable aroma of Banana and Marzipan. Fruity, round, super gentle. I‘m a fan!

Taste of bananas, also other fruits present. Smell is why I love it, I would sniff that rum all day long.

První dojem po otevření byl:"No ty voe, to je snad banánový likér." Ten první náraz banánů přímo do nosu si zapamatujete a pak tento rum bezpečně poznáte mezi ostatníma. Po chvíli jsme si zvyknul. Rum není úplně sladký jak by se mohlo zdát. Dá se příjemně usrkávat a hledat v něm nové chutě. Určitě je zajímavý, ale není to parťák na celý večer. Stačí jedna dvě skleničky a přejít na jinou značku. Jak plynul čas a blížil jsem se ke konci lahve, tak mi ty banány už ani nepřišly tak banánové :-) Musím si ho ještě někdy koupit, zajímá mě, jak bude chutnat když už vím do čeho jdu.
