If this is the best that your store has, you'll be ok buying this, but there are many much better rums out there. Too much burn and oakiness to realize any other flavors.

It's smooth but a bit too sweet. IMO not worth the relatively steep price.

Good rum to have when you need to mix something, but not the best sipping rum.

Nose: Vanilla, Caramel, Pear
Taste: Semi Sweet, Vanilla, Caramel, Slightly Boozy
I’m primarily a mixer and this is my go to with carbonation. Doesn’t disappear in a mixed drink but also doesn’t take over. A must for any cabinet.

Strong vanilla undertone. Nice and smooth, but I found it unpleasantly sweet, distractingly so.

Considering the price this is the most pleasant purchase I have made on the rum side. Highly recommended to everyone who likes the quality of beverage.

It is a bit similar to Don Papa but with less sophisticated taste. Recommended to all sweet rum lovers.

I don't know how to rate rums, but I know I love some Zaya. It's the first rum I ever enjoyed as a sipping drink, not mixed or as a shot. Cheers to firsts.

This is a rum for you if you like a sweet rum. Much too sweet for me.
