Travellers Cristal Lemon

In Belize at The Black Pearl tasting rum. This one is not for sipping due to its bite. But the lemon flavor intrigued me so I asked the bartender what he uses it for. He made me a spiked lemonade. Delicious! Then he made us a “rum Tom Collins”. Never heard of such a thing! Outrageous! But really delicious. This rum has its place as a mixer for sure.

Wow, hard to describe this rum. Very sharp flavor that is not good for mixing drinks and should certainly not be sipped. Best use is for someone who just wants to get drunk and wants to punish themselves along the way. Ok, frat party or having it around for a dare could be another uses.
