It has a lot of nice layers of flavor, but heat too
I don’t know all the specific flavors , it’s typical caramel and dessertish but not too sweet, very balanced so I don’t get anything jumping out.
This is one of 3 bottles I got there. I really like the Brut de Fût Private Cask VO 58.9% barrel #B43 it’s smooth sipping.
I also got the 42% Eleve sous bois which is ok. Very hot
