Ron Quorhum 30-Year rum is distilled in pot-stills and aged using the solera system for up to 30 years. The rum is produced in the Dominican Republic by Oliver & Oliver.

This must be one of the best from O&O. It’s made out of both suger cane juice and molasses. In the beginning it’s quite sweet and then comes the citrus (which I love) together with vanilla, honey etc. The afterburn is quite long and dry. It’s definitely a favourite.

A je to tady, první desítka. Trošku jsem doufal, že to bude za ty peníze parádní a je!!!. První štamprle je ve vůni velmi ostrá. V chuti parádní rozinky v medovém karamelu s overburnem a dlouhou dojíždějící koncovkou. Tahle lahev si vzala to nejlepší z Presidente 15, Abuela 12 a Diplomatica. K medu, cedru a lehké kůži se přidávají rozinky šmrcnuté karamelem.

Wonderful sweet raisin nose caramel and sherry. Smooth, sweet and warm on the palate. Had to import a bottle from Germany via Amazon for £70. It's a wonderful sipper!

Nice aromas with vanilla and butterscotch. Let this rum breathe and rest in the glass for a while and you get more sweet aromas and less sticky alcohol.
In mouth you get some sweet flavours of vanilla, spice and some oak in a very nice balance. You can also sense a little bit of bourbon from the barrel.
The aftertaste is long and powerful with some sweetness, spice and oak. This is a very nice sipper at a fair price.

i can say: wow ... this is probably one of the best Rum i ever have!

Anfangs leicht scharf, dann leicht fruchtig (sowohl im Geschmack, als auch im Geruch) und vor allem süß. Auf der Zunge angenehm weich, im Abgang eine angenehme Schärfe wie ich sie bevorzuge. Zum Schluss kommen viele süße Nuancen zum Tragen und ein Hauch von Rauch. Meines Erachtens zu wenig Komplexität, preislich aber angemessen, es gibt jedoch auch günstigere die mehr können.
