Neat Sipping Cachaca

A more interesting sipper than my standard Novo Fogo cachaca (which has been unavailable for months by me during the COVID-19 pandemic). Very familiar notes of Bourbon barrel with vanilla and brown sugar. Ironically, it nearly disappears in a Caipirinha, where I still prefer the Novo Fogo for its grassy edge.
