I really like Hoochery Rum, not so much the super fancy expensive stuff. Just the regular rum, I like the spiced even. It was amazing in a flip. So it makes sense I like the Kimberley Moon White as well. Pro's are it's 40%, I really can't deal with below that, there's no space on my shelf for 38% and 37.5% and all that jazz...
It has light sugar cane aroma, it is a light dry rum. It has a little savoury flavour I guess from being distilled in a pot still. Like a Clara Pacifica on a hot sunny day this will make a light summery Daiq. for afters, great for Australia!
