Sampled this rum at the Rathlee stall at Cardiff Rum Festival.
The rum is first distilled in Colombia shipped to Cornwall in casks and brought down to bottling strength with local Cornish water.
The rum is fresh and fruity, with hints of chocolate and syrup. Would mix wonderfully with juice.
