It’s quite a dry rum with little by way of fruity flavours. It also has an almost menthol kick to the nose.
"It more than makes your tongue tingle. There is a lot of flavour coming from the rums interaction with oak. It’s spicy – ginger, some very clean tasting oak. It’s got an almost minty flavour to it. ."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Intensive, sweet and sour at first nosing with lots of fruit esters. Fermented fruits, perry and Williams Christ pear schnapps. Furthermore there are notes of hay, honey, oak and a whiff of smoke in the background.
Palate:
Powerful and bold, spirituous and spicy (cinnamon, cloves, pepper) and slightly medicinal. Furthermore it is fruity - Williams Christ pear schnapps, lemon and orange zest.

Long and dry, warming from deep inside. Slightly medicinal with lemon zests and Williams Christ pear schnapps again.
