Mount Gay XO Extra Old

Tento rum mne malinko překvapil svojí drsností s pomalým dozvukem chuti na konci sklenice. Řádně jsem si jej vychutnal, nicméně při přímém srovnání mi chutnal o něco malinko více Mount Gay Black Barrel.

smooth, sweet without added sugar like ALL other rums, the real deal! The best one. The price is also good.

I’m not a massive neat rum drinker so I do mix this however its my current favourite for Dark and Stormys, mixed with Saxbys Ginger Beer, some butters and a slice of lime.

This drink needs a smooth rum to work and Mount Gay XO delivers 100%. Great smooth, Rich (but not overly so) flavour and I have demolished a bottle with a couple of friends way quicker than expected and need to buy a refill. A must for any rum drinker

Very pleasant surprise with this rum fruity aroma smooth to the palate and a subtle tatste of ginger to finish.

This rum is top notch. Neat only for me, no plans for mixing. Oak and other flavors up front and nice sweetness to even out the finish.

$50 price tag in my area, when I can find it. I also like the black barrel, but this is worth the extra $20.

Being a bartender in the past, I have enjoyed my fair share of rum. This rum is my favourite Bajan rum. Easy drinking, neat, on ice or mixed. In the darkest side of Amber. It has great flavour with a dark caramel finish. Very easy to get used to pouring stiff Rum and Cokes.

This is must have rum. Pure marriage between spirit and wood. So easy, so smooth, so Barbados.

Best and most balanced rum I have tasted to date. Banana, tropical fruit, molasses, vanilla and woody notes come through. Sweet but not too sweet this is a lovely drink, straight with ice or mixed. Think it has been said before but agree, Barbados in a bottle.

Cuban rum was my favorite rum until I drank this. The bottle was empty in no time. Highly recommended!
