First tasting of cachaça for me and it is a beautiful discovery, we find a affiliation with rum, a very vegetable side on the fresh cane. Notes of herbs, hay and also fruity notes. In the mouth, there are notes of undergrowth or forest. The finish is on the white fruits. It is different from white rum but with a common root.

N- Almond...or walnut essence, oily with hint of chocolate granache, sort creamy with earthy and leafy nuance, citrus peel comes in between. But get solvent as it breath and get stuck into the abyss of soapiness. (82/17)
P- Sourish bitter old oak open up to solvent notes again, thought not as obvious as the aroma. Orange angustura bitter. (83/18)
F- Short medium, cane-y, smooth with dry mouthfeel. Feel subdue despite landing a fine weight on mouthfeel. (85/19)
