Santos Dumont XO Elixir

Brutálně sladký elixír z Brazílie. Zraje v sudech po sherry Pedro Ximénez. Každá láhev nese číslo sudu a láhve (mám láhev 3070 ze sudu číslo 10). Není to na celovečerní popíjení, ale když budete mít chuť na něco sladkého, tak toto je ta pravá volba. Dám jednu maximálně dvě sklenky. Chutná jak macerovaná Margotka a voní jak macerovaná Margotka, kokosově. Na elixír je dost silný (40%)

p.s. Jen pro zajímavost má naprosto stejnou láhev jako výborný, ne tak sladký, Gold of Mauritius

Santos Dumont XO Elixir is the sweetest rum i´ve ever tried. If somebody doesn´t like rums, after this one he/she consider the opinion.

The rum is very sweet, but I still like it. As mentioned - this is not for all night drinking. I usually enjoy 1 or 2 glasses and that's it. I keep it as an alternative when I am in the mood for sweetness.

Excellent Elixir :) Nothing "toxical" and not only sweet, but full of fresh alcoholic taste :-) I love it, it is better then most of elixirs I have tasted yet.

Tento rum není na celovečerní popíjení, ale dát si sklenku na chuť - třeba po večeři, ideálka. Mám velmi dobrou zkušenost, že tento rum hodně chutnal návštěvám. 8/10

Vůně exotického ovoce a už jde cítit, že to bude velice zajímavý rum. Při konzumaci fantastická chuť ovoce, která dává tomuto elixíru velkou přitažlivost. I závěrečná chuť je krásně sladká, ale přitom příjemná. K tomuto rumu se budu vracet. Paměť chuti je hodně vysoká.

Everything that matures in sherry barrels pedro ximénez I love, even such a brutally sweet rum, which is so thick that it flows almost like honey. Of course it is not rum, but liqueur. But that doesn't change the fact that I love him. You can only drink in small glasses, because it does not smell so good in large cognac glasses.

First time I have a so light rum, that actually taste great. This rum is sweet, golden, sweet and delicious. Colour is very light. The aroma is caramel, chocolate orange and sweet. Delightful. Taste is sweet and great. You will not be disappointed. The aftermath is sweet and a little short. Stays in your mouth for a while. Too short time, I would say. A great, great rum for most people. The best light rum I ever had.
