Ein 30 Jähriger Ron aus der Dominikanischen Republik in ehemaligen Bourbon Whisky Fässern gelagert und mit 38% Vol. abgefüllt. Dieser Ron wurde mit dem Segelschoner „Tres Hombres“ nach Europa transportiert.
Wunderbar leuchtendes schönes dunkles Mahagoni im Glas.
In der Nase ein Korb voller reifer tropischer Früchte mit Vanille-Schoten und frisch geröstetem Karamell in dunkler Schokolade.
Im Gaumen ein fast perfektes Zusammenspiel der Aromen. Das Karamell nimmt überhand und das ist sehr lecker und süffig ! Kandierte Früchte, Vanille, Schokolade, zarte Holznoten fügen sich harmonisch ein. Sehr elegant und sehr süss und doch sehr komplex.
Wie schreibt der Abfüller so schön: "Wie ein verliebtes Karamell, das auf der Zunge vergeht"
Dieser Ron ist nahe dem Opthimus und dem Quorhum verwand.
Im Abgang sehr lange und süss, wie Zuckerwatte mit Karamell.
Ein spitzen Ron für Einsteiger und Fortgeschrittene.

In the nose a basket full of ripe tropical fruits with vanilla pods and freshly roasted caramel in dark chocolate.
On the palate, an almost perfect combination of flavors. The caramel takes over and that is very delicious and tasty! Candied fruits, vanilla, chocolate, delicate wood notes harmoniously blend in. Very elegant and very sweet and yet very complex..
