A triple distilled Rum made from the first pressing of freshly pressed cane juice. Only the first pressing is used in the production of this Rum.
The liquid is crystal clear and presented in a beautiful hand blown bottle featuring within a glass Palm Tree.
Aromas of a bit of vanilla, coconut water but definitely a vegetable/earthy note similar to a Rhum Agricole. No surprise there as it's made with fresh cane juice instead of molasses. Finish is very clean and crisp.
Both the aroma and taste are very subtle but oh so smooth. A very nice aperitif.
