Not very nice. Burns a bit. Wouldn't drink again at all
Nice smooth rum. Not very syrupy and overly sweet like a couple others.
Good all rounder. Mixes well and has a nice flavour.
Really easy to drink, full of natural coconut flavour, not as syrupy as many of the other coconut types
I'm reviewing this as a coconut rum. Sure its not a Four Square special, but if you are looking for a really clean, natural coconut flavour with discernable rum notes this is your baby. Some sugar, but well managed so the rum and the coconut are hero. Bravo
Sampled this rum during a tasting seminar at Cardiff Rum Festival.
Aluna Coconut is made with a combination of Guatemalan and Caribbean rums alongside toasted coconut - with a particular eye towards making a tipple with a lower sugar content than similar expressions.
This is a very nice coconut rum way nicer than Malibu!
Most coconut rum is heavy on the suger this is a lovely clean rum with little add d suger so not overall sweet... A great sipper that's different to koko kanu
The coconut flavours are well-defined, without being sickly. .
"Running alongside the coconut notes is a nicely balanced vanilla and light toffee from the rum. ."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

As others have said, this one does what it says it does, and quite well Iβd say: Itβs rum that tastes like coconut. I use it in my Bahama Mama and like it a lot there, but I also find it enjoyable neat. It burns more than something aged 20 years, of course, but thatβs not what itβs about in my opinion. For what it is I like it a lot.
