Havana Club 7-Year Rum is distilled from fermented molasses and aged in charred white oak barrels for seven years.
Havana Club rum is still made in Cuba - where the company was founded by José Arechabala in 1878 and then nationalized in 1959 after the Cuban Revolution. Havana Club is now jointly owned by Pernod Ricard and the Cuban government.

This is a favoured rum, I enjoy it a lot, one of my regular ones. I have it with a little water, sometimes with ice. There is nothing negative to say about it.
Honestly, I have tried many rums, and this one gathers the best qualities of a great rum for a good price. Very equilibrated in terms of flavor.
I give 10/10 because it this Price class i do not know a better Rum than this one!
Probably on my 4th or 5th bottle by now. My staple aged rum, easily available in Brazil. Since it’s aged on used barrels, it’s good for sipping but don’t lose its mixability. A must have.
My favourite rum is Legendario 7 year and Havana Club 7 year is very similar in taste. Definitely a delight to drink for anybody who likes sweet rum.
Can't get it yet in the US but when I'm out of the country I pick up a couple bottles. The best to mix with diet coke, or sip. Sweet and smooth.
Absolutely fantastic rum. I first tried it about 2 weeks ago and I've been hooked ever since. I can't wait to pair this with some cigars that I have resting in my humidor.
the best cuba libre you can make is with the havana club 7.
Very smooth and sweet. Nice in the summertime!
Havana Club Añejo 7 Años has a dazzling and clear mahogany colour...

Their is a creamy/buttery vanilla like smell oak, dry tobacco and smokiness.
"It’s very hot, spicy and very bitter. Luckily the burn isn’t bad and very short. Subsequent sips are much smoother."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
