Havana Club 7-Year Rum is distilled from fermented molasses and aged in charred white oak barrels for seven years.
Havana Club rum is still made in Cuba - where the company was founded by José Arechabala in 1878 and then nationalized in 1959 after the Cuban Revolution. Havana Club is now jointly owned by Pernod Ricard and the Cuban government.

I like it in a rom and Coke. One of my go to for that drink
Tastes a bit one dimensional with a bit of a burn. Considering it’s aged 7 years, the burn isn’t the best. Still is a great rum for any cocktails because of the punchy flavour.

Great choice at it's price range. Surprisingly smooth and oaky. It's on a sweeter side as a cuban rum but that sweetness goes in line with all of the notes nicely.

From here we can start talking to drink it neat from Havana range, everything below that is harsh and mostly for mixing. However, i will grab a bottle only on sale. I found so many other great rums for this price, so I won't be choosing it again anytime soon.

Very overrated in my opinion, not bad but should not be as popular as it is!
Een gesloten fles die ne keer moet worden geopend.
Good taste, would recommend to others with a decent mixer
