I liked it. Not enough experience for a more detailed description. So far.

Average quality for an average price. Nothing special.

Depending on where you buy it this can be a good value as I saw this rum priced at $47 and $18 in the same Mexican town! For aroma I found this quite pleasant with tones of light wood, honey, and fruit. It's got a smooth taste and finish but those tastes don't last long. Good as a mixer, but as a sipper it is a little light on taste and it doesn't last long. Depending on the day and mood it could be a 6, but for now I am rating this as a 5. Easily consumable in a bind sums it up quite well.

Very interesting rum.. bought it because of the all black bottle..made in Yucatan, Mexico. very fruity.when hits your tongue..pineapple..and finishes with tobacco.. will buy it again if I can find it.
