Baron Samedi Spiced

My husband got a bottle of this rum for Christmas last year and it sure didn't last long. We both really enjoyed the taste, very flavourful.

This is my new favorite spiced rum.

Excellent flavor and mixes well!

Baron has an amazing spicy tone, yet still smooth and pleasant on the pallet. I use it just on it's own, mixed with Cola, or in fancier cocktails, and it works amazing every time. If you're a fan of darker spiced rums, then definitely give this one a try and you may just have your new favourite.

Real good vanilla flavor mix well with coke and ice

Tried alone, it's a bit harsh on the alcohol/heat, but it mixes like a dream. Very balanced, good vanilla notes, as well as cinnamon and other spices. It's like if you took Sailor Jerry's up a notch. Highly recommend and can't wait to get some more.

Started drinking this rum with Coke.
Finished the bottle straight up with one ice cube. Would definitely buy again.

Reminds me of that time sailor jerry took over my body and made me commit crimes and then have a breath holding contest with my friend

This is the best rum i've found yet for a simple rum and coke. I really wasn't expecting that from this cheap and bizzare looking bottle.

I just saw this simple yet beautiful bottle at the liquor store and just had to try it. The rum is excellent. My favorite reasonably priced rum so far. Kind of reminds me of Sailor Jerry's but with more cocoa, vanilla and something else, must be that Haitian spice. Incredibly smooth considering its 45%.

All in all its a great rum that any spiced rum fan would surely love. I highly recommend it.

The taste of Baron Samedi leaves your tongue wanting. Smooth and full bodied, the vanilla and cocoa really take the reins, making a very unique spiced rum. As a chaser, mix 1 part cola to 2/3 parts Baron Samedi over ice. With stones, this makes a great sipper over a game of poker. Don't drown out the taste or else you'll be wasting your money. Recommended for weekend get-togethers or small parties.
