In Belize. The bar I am at has a full array of Fair rum. This one has a nice nose. Slightly sharp and minty. thicker than some Belizian rum which tends to be thin. Interesting flvor profile. Woody and sharp with some mint and spice. Not balanced. Finish has some rough edges.
