Nice and harmony marriage between agricole and orange.

This is a fantastic orange liqueur that is sweeter compared to the dryness of Pierre Ferrand Orange Curacao and makes a great Mai Tai

Having read the positive reviews I was anxious to try this one in its most natural form, and it more than met my expectations. Wonderful orange flavor, nice level of sweetness, and has a pretty smooth finish. I can see why this would be a good one to use in cocktails, but it certainly also stands up by itself.

First off: This is rum as much as Grand Marnier is Cognac.

It tastes a lot like Grand Marnier but smoother and lighter.

I can also see sipping this at Christmas, though Stroh 80 would do a better job of lighting the pudding.
lovely zesty orange nose.
taste still a little sweet but it is a liqueur and when mixing care is needed with a sour lest it be overwhelmed
Beginning to really like it on its own

I completely understand that this is a cocktail ingredient, and not a rum, but for $40 where I live, it's nowhere near better than Cointreau or Dry Curacao to justify the bump in price. In fact, it's much more artificial and sweet on my palate. For me, the rum notes are completely hidden. I guess if you want something less dry in your Mai Tais, or if you lean towards Grand Marnier, than this may be a good choice, but you can also accomplish the same thing with a cheap triple sec or more simple syrup. Personally, I have a margarita drinker in my house, so we always have some form of orange liqueur on hand, so this is an unnecessary extra purchase.

Nearly cointreau, but much more like a rum. Nice orange taste, finish but with the taste of the fantastic orange favour

Maradjunk annyiban, hogy LIQUEUR! A rumhoz ízvilágilag elég csekély köze sincs. Szobahőmérsékleten elég rendes alkoholos izzel bír, viszont fagyasztóból kínálva a hölgyek kedvence :) édes, narancsízű és itatja magát. Attention!!! Azért 40%-os. Hamar elérheti az ember lányát a végzet.

Tasted at Laka Lono on Easter Sunday, 4/4/21
And what could be a better choice for Easter?
notes below:
So good! Orangey goodness! I would drink this with baklava and sharp cheeses.
