Kirk and Sweeney 18-Year

Podle mě jeden z nejlepších rumů. Výborně vyvážený. Jemný po chuti, lehce nasládlý, ve vůni dominuje vanilka, tropické ovoce a oříšky s lehkým nádechem do mandlí. Po polknutí lehounce zahřeje v hrdle.
Nemám co dodat je to špičkový rum a jeden z mých favoritů.

Wonderful nose. Slight burn though smooth..hints of vanilla and maple. Not too sweet.

Once again, anything less than a 9 for this rum is unconscionable! It is just as good as the 23 with some small differences. This one is a little less sweet, a little less oaked, and has a tiny bit of a dryer almond taste. Other than that, its pretty much the same review I wrote for the 23. Next stop, the 12 year. Yeah, I did this one totally backwards...

I picked up the 12 year on my first trip and it was so good that I ended up going back to get this 18 year. This is a wonderful rum that is sweet, but not overpoweringly so and goes down super smooth.

Ideal sipping rum. Neat or with a couple rox. Aroma of oak and vanilla.

Sweet, smooth and a beautiful nose. One of my favourite rums.

Very good. Complex and balanced. Sweet, with a hint of a (good) burn. Taste of vanilla, almond and caramel. Nice long finish.
