Nose: Fresh Cane, spiced and dry flower, Mouth: Round with notes of tropical fruits, bananas, spices, green pepper, well balanced with a woody hint.

The aroma is just right, and I can detect the scent of ripe fruit, including figs and dates, mixed with vanilla and a subtle note of furniture polish. Delightful and smooth. The taste is rich and full-bodied, leaving a pleasurable aftertaste. It's slightly sweeter, but the sugarcane flavor is not overpowering."

Sweet candy aroma; sweet vanilla, raisins and caramel; short tail
Vanilla, soft and a bit of barrel/oak, but not to much. Love this, so soft and creamy with a very laidback burn in the end. Let it rush for some seconds in the mouth and you get a bit more burn. Aftertaste is vanilla with a very grntle burn, lovely. I has to order a new bottle today.

Nose - Dry. Sugarcane, grass. Apple pie ?
Taste - Sweet, mild. A little bland. Weak compared to extrarom. You can taste Sugar cane, but thats no enough.

Lovely sugar cane never disappoints.
On par with his mature brother ExtrAroma.
Need few minutes to evaporate x of 41° for better opening.
Can bite the nose by bit of ethanol, but its still delicate.
Smooth and oily in mouth. On palate maybe whole spectrum of exotic fruits, never tried pepper, drops of tobacco and some wood. Definitely sweet and absolutely naturally sweet.
Aftertaste is not a champion - medium to short. Licorice at the end.

Interesting rhum, smooth and quite sweet for a Rhum Agricole. I liked it. Worth the try as it wasn't that expensive (35€ in North of France)

Aroma: Vůně je hodně sladká, čokoládové bonbóny, rozpuštěné Bari mandle. Tahle zvláštní vůně je vlastně poznávací značkou rumů Arcane. K tomu trocha máty, a jak poznamenal josé, kůra syrového dřeva, míza (má pravdu, je to tam, nebo mi to jen vsugeroval :-) ), cítím i lehkou peprnost. (87 b)
Chuť: Nasládlá, jemná, čerstvá, svěží, s lehkým vlivem koření a mírnou pikantní peprností v dochuti. (85 b)
Body: 86
Shrnutí: Ochutnáno na vydařené rumové degustaci u josého v Hořicích, což byla neformální akcička domluvená na Whiskyfestivalu. Toto byl čtvrtý panák ochutnávky. Vybral jsem si tento vzorek z josého bohaté nabídky schválně, protože v roce 2012 jsem vám představil Arcane 12y Extraroma, což je starší bratříček Delicatissime. Už tehdy jsem chválil originalitu, ta je stejná i zde. Mladší Delicatissime je světlejší, o něco lehčí, starší je prostě vyzrálejší a chuťově i aromaticky o kus dál.
