Maybe I love it so much, because I can’t buy it in Michigan, USA. Smooth to drink, great complex flavor, perfect amount of sweetness. I save this for special occasions.

40%ABV Smells like sweet cherries and sweet sweet rum.
Oh, that’s nice. Sweet cherries, a bit of brandy, a bit of smoke. Lovely. Raisins buttery nuts. Delicious. Toasted banana. Time in the glass brings out butterscotch. A proper rum in my opinion. Probably the best I’ve had. Definitely reminds me of Abuelo Oloroso cask, only better. If you have the chance to try this one, do it!

I'm a big fan of sherra cask finished rums. But this rum is so perfectly balanced with its cask finish that is now my favourite daily rum 👍

This is an excellent, top-shelf rum! Excellent for sipping neat or mixed if you need to mix.

Finally a Rum my wife likes as well. She is a whiskey drinker and really likes Zafra. One of the few I drink on the rocks no mixing.

This is the best Rum. Love it neat, plus it’s not going to break the bank. The 30 year is great also but it will break the bank.lol, only comes out on special occasions.. As long as I can keep finding there will always be a couple bottles of this in my collection..
